Clare Pennington
Associate
Clare Pennington is an associate at Reilly Pozner LLP. She focuses primarily on civil litigation.
Prior to joining Reilly Pozner, Clare served as judicial clerk to the Honorable Justice Nancy E. Rice of the Colorado Supreme Court. Through clerking for Justice Rice, Clare gained valuable insights into appellate practice, while also developing both her research and writing skills.
Clare earned her J.D. in 2006 from the University of Colorado School of Law, where she graduated in the top five of her class. In law school, Clare served as an Articles Editor for the Colorado Journal of International Environmental Law and Policy. Clare also participated in and won the Rothgerber Moot Court competition.
