Katherine Roush
Associate
Katherine Roush is an associate at Reilly Pozner LLP. She focuses on civil and commercial litigation.
While in law school at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, Katherine served as a General Editor on the Denver University Law Review and as a student attorney in the Student Law Office’s Civil Litigation Clinic, where she was responsible for a variety of cases ranging from eviction cases to wage claim disputes. Her case comment, Let’s Talk About Sex Discrimination: The Tenth Circuit’s Decision in Dick v. Phone Directories Co., was selected for publication in the Denver University Law Review. Katherine also gained valuable research and writing experience, as well as exposure to a wide variety of litigation areas, while interning for Justice Nancy E. Rice at the Colorado Supreme Court and Chief Judge Larry J. Naves in the Second Judicial District of Colorado.
Katherine received her B.A. in political science from Brown University in 2003. While at Brown, Katherine worked as a staff reporter for Brown’s daily newspaper the Brown Daily Herald. She primarily covered lectures from visiting speakers, including Patch Adams and Gary Trudeau. Katherine was also active in Habitat for Humanity and Brown’s peer tutor program.
