Shea Shaver

Paralegal

Shea Shaver is a paralegal at the law offices of Reilly Pozner LLP and has experience in pharmaceutical litigation, mass torts, software defect litigation, insurance defense, personal injury and multi-party complex civil litigation. Shea also has experience and knowledge in electronic document management, extensive drafting, and interacting with clients and witnesses in preparation for depositions and trial.

Prior to joining Reilly Pozner, Shea was a case management paralegal for Socha, Perczak, Setter & Anderson, a firm which practices in the areas of pharmaceutical and mass tort litigation. She was responsible for accessing, managing and analyzing documents in that litigation.

Before joining Socha, Perczak, Setter & Anderson, Shea was a paralegal at Fowler, Schimberg & Flanagan, P.C., a firm specializing in insurance defense litigation. Shea acted as a case manager for a partner of the firm and ensured all of the active cases were progressing in addition to developing client relations and overseeing document management functions.

Prior to her time with Fowler, Schimberg & Flanagan, Shea was a paralegal for the firm of Godin & Baity, where she primarily assisted with litigation involving software defect and corporate contract disputes. Shea was also involved in a wrongful death action and in the firm’s construction defect litigation. She gained experience and knowledge in the American Arbitration Association and was responsible for the preparation and organization of a large volume of documents used as exhibits in arbitration proceedings.
