RP Partner Iris Eytan Selected to Present in Panel Discussion

RP partner Iris Eytan has been invited to be a panelist at “The Role of Colorado Courts in Addressing Mental Illness Issues” discussion that will be hosted by the Denver Probate Court. The series of six panel discussions will be focused on how persons with mental illness, attorneys, and mental health providers connect in the Colorado Court system. Ms. Eytan was pleased to donate her time to this important panel discussion. Specifically, Ms. Eytan has been asked to be a panelist on the session scheduled for Friday, July 25, 2008 from 1:30–3:30 p.m. She will speak regarding the criminal law issues relating to mental illness and the insanity defense and the capacity of the accused to proceed to trial. Ms. Eytan will present along side distinguished panelists Denver District Attorney Mitch Morrissey, Dr. Rick Martinez and Colorado Supreme Court Justice Alex Martinez.
