on “Mass Torts: The Ups and Downs”

At the annual Colorado Trial Lawyers Association Conference, RP partnerJoe Zonies will give a presentation entitled “Mass Torts: The Ups and Downs.” Mr. Zonies will give a perspective on the nature of mass torts and how to get and be involved in a mass torts practice. Mr. Zonies has been involved in many pharmaceutical mass tort litigations, and recently was appointed to the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee in the In re Avandia Marketing Sales Practices and Products Liability Litigation.
