We strive to create a firm culture that encourages and celebrates creative, unorthodox, and outside-the-box thinking. Our office has an energetic vibe and collegiality that informs our entire practice. Our people are giving, generous, open-minded and not afraid to engage in spontaneous goofiness and spontaneous celebration. When we achieve a big victory in one of our cases, it is not uncommon for cheers to crescendo through the hallways. Recognition is always given to everyone who helped to achieve the result, not just the partner in charge of the case.

What does this counterculture look like in practice? A collaborative, team approach to litigation that encourages input from all team members in an environment where ties are optional, free lunches are common, sensitivity to family commitments is expected, birthday, baby, and wedding celebrations are at least monthly, cutting edge technology is the norm, rotating exhibits by local artists don the halls, professional chair massages are available, and "Wine Downs" - RPC's code name for quitting work at 4:00 p.m. and meeting on our roof-top patio for drinks, food, and the occasional Mariachi Band - are a regular occurrence. RPC is a place filled with color, energy, and incredibly talented people.
