Mark T. Bailey
Associate
Mark Bailey is an associate at Reilly Pozner LLP. He focuses primarily on civil and commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Reilly Pozner, Mark served as judicial clerk to the Honorable Justice Nancy E. Rice of the Colorado Supreme Court.
Mark earned his J.D., with high distinction, from the University of Iowa College of Law in May of 2005. At Iowa, Mark served as an Articles Editor for the Iowa Law Review and was co-founder and Vice President of the College's branch of the American Constitution Society. Mark also gained valuable litigation experience while interning at Equip for Equality, a Chicago-based non-profit organization that provides advocacy for people with disabilities.
Mark received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Luther College in 2000, earning degrees in Political Science and Spanish. While at Luther, Mark completed an internship with the United States Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia. Mark was assigned to the Community Prosecution Unit, where he assisted in the prosecution of various felony offenses. Between college and law school, Mark completed a year of volunteer service in Denver, working closely with a not-for-profit immigration attorney and teaching English as a Second Language classes.
