Wendy B. Fisher is a Partner at Reilly Pozner & Connelly LLP. She focuses on complex, commercial litigation, and has a wide range of experience in appellate practice. Wendy currently is serving as case manager in an action brought by a former owner of a National Football League franchise against the current ownership of the franchise.

Prior to joining Reilly Pozner & Connelly, Wendy worked for over three years in the Denver office of the 275 attorney international law firm of McKenna & Cuneo, L.L.P., where she was an active member of the firm's Appellate Litigation Group. In connection with her appellate practice, Wendy drafted numerous appellate briefs to state and federal courts, including the United States Supreme Court and the Colorado Supreme Court. For example, she drafted an amicus curiae brief to the United States Supreme Court on behalf of a national trade organization, and an amicus curiae brief to the Colorado Supreme Court on behalf of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association

Wendy has also been involved in a wide variety of complex commercial litigation cases. She worked on a series of multi-state consumer fraud cases on behalf of seven guaranty associations and over 200 individuals against a regional stock brokerage firm, which resulted in a $30 million settlement. In that case, she defended numerous depositions of the individual plaintiffs. She also drafted briefs on complex legal issues in connection with a multi-state consumer fraud class action brought against a public utility, in which settlements are pending.

Wendy devotes significant time to pro bono work. This work has included assisting the Colorado Lawyers Committee on a case against the State of Colorado involving public school finance issues. She has also represented disabled school children in cooperation with the Legal Center for People with Disabilities to help the children obtain access to special education services.

Following graduation from law school, Wendy served as a law clerk to the Honorable Rebecca Love Kourlis of the Colorado Supreme Court. While in law school, she was the Managing Editor of the University of Colorado Law Review.
