Camilla F. O'Keefe

Camilla O'Keefe is a paralegal with the law firm of Reilly Pozner LLP, where she has worked for the past six years on commercial litigation, including a multi-state consumer fraud class action, as well as matters involving intellectual property, contract dispute, personal injury, complex medical malpractice and product liability. She has assisted with trials in many of these matters in both Colorado state court and U.S. District Court.
Camilla's work in large document cases has given her experience in document management as well as electronic database design and maintenance, using databases to organize documents and identify potential exhibits for both depositions and trial. Camilla also has experience in the emerging field of electronic discovery.
Through her work in numerous medical malpractice matters, Camilla has gained experience in communicating with both medical care providers and clients in gathering medical records and using them to develop discovery responses. She also routinely reviews, organizes and summarizes medical records. She performs a variety of research and investigation in regard to both medical malpractice and personal injury cases.
Prior to joining Reilly Pozner, Camilla was a Business Manager for Benefit Management & Design, Inc., an independent consulting firm and insurance broker which specializes in the design and implementation of employee benefit plans and managed care products for employers and health care providers.
